Characteristics

Ohase is our first cold-processed organic EVOO, produced at the end of October. It is an EVOO with a delicate olive fruitiness that reminds us of healthy olives, with nuances of fruit puree, apple, plum, lime and hints of nuts such as almonds and walnuts. We also find green notes, fennel, bay leaves and dried mint, and gold, which speak of the maturity of the olive during its production.
The intensities of spiciness and bitterness are mild, so it will not cause any stridency on the consumer's palate.
When tasting the oil, it is perceived as sweet and smooth. We are faced with a balanced extra virgin olive oil that clearly shows the excellent juice that can be obtained from these varieties.
