This cream liqueur expresses and captures all the essence, flavour and aroma of the best mandarins that our farmers have been growing for decades in the regions of La Plana.
Nelet cream liqueur is made with the best mandarins from the Valencian countryside, which are selected and harvested manually in one of the oldest fields in Vila-real in Castelló de la Plana. All this together with a top quality dairy cream makes our artisanal liqueur maintain all the flavour of Valencian clementines and mandarins, giving it a special touch mainly provided by the clemenules variety, which is known for its exquisite and high aroma, which gives these high quality Valencian liqueurs a great bouquet as a whole and preserves the entire tradition of artisanal liqueurs.
The process of making our Nelet mandarin liqueurs consists of the following steps:
Harvesting the best mandarins, washing, peeling and maceration with the best alcohols.
Obtaining the maceration that combines sugar, spring water and top quality dairy base and is then filtered to obtain the mandarin liqueur.
