Created with passion and mastery, this elegant white wine is the result of a meticulous selection of Chardonnay grapes, carefully cultivated and bathed in the sun in the highest vineyards of Castellón.
A sophisticated wine with a fruity character and exquisite notes of apricot and peach, wrapped in subtle floral nuances.
Its vibrant freshness and balanced acidity give a persistent finish on the palate, caressed by a creamy and silky texture resulting from its careful aging process on lees.

Elaboration
Calcareous-sandy soil.
Manual harvesting in 10kg boxes with bunch selection in the field.
Pre-cooling of grapes in a cold chamber.
Pressing of the destemmed grapes to extract the must and settling for 24-48 hours.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 17ºC.
Aged on its lees for 4 months.
Bottled after stabilizing and filtering.
Tasting notes
A clean and bright white wine, very clear, golden yellow with pearly reflections and lemon-green iridescence. This wine surprises with its nose of stone fruit such as apricot, peach and also certain notes of watermelon and pear as well as its touches of Mediterranean herbs such as chamomile and a slight hint of fennel. The intensity is medium-high. In the mouth it maintains the herbal and fruity aromatic style, it is a creamy wine with volume due to the aging on lees in a tank after alcoholic fermentation. The persistence in the mouth is long. The creaminess and the correct acidity make it a very pleasant wine to drink, suitable for drinking from a glass alone, to pairing with pasta, rice, fatty fish and white meats.
